To support the activities of our Service Team for EUSPA, we are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well experienced Project Scheduler for the GOVSATCOM project.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule management for GOVSATCOM programme component: Planning and scheduling and analysis, including integration of schedules, identification and resolution of schedule and planning conflicts, generations.
  • Risk management and analysis, including risk. identification, assessment and response planning, development and maintenance of overall risk register and risk mitigation plans, including arranging regular risk review meetings, and integrations of risks within planning and scheduling activities as appropriate.
  • Reporting activities for both GOVSATCOM and Copernicus programmes. Looking at annual implementation reports and maintenance of action items register.
  • Configuration and document management activities, maintaining a quality checklist, process and procedure, document tracking sheet and baseline documents.

 

Profile

  • Experience in the field of aerospace
  • Scheduling experience using Microsoft Project
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
  • Some experience in Technical Project Management or Project Controlling
  • Experience working in an engineering environment or activities
  • Ideally PMP, Prince2 or any other project management certificate
  • Fluency in English
  • Organised and proactive
  • Ability for occasional travel on missions when needed
